Vendors will be rotated in and out each Saturday based on how often they would like to participate each month. We will ask vendors to submit a preferred schedule prior to the start of the market season.

*Vendors are strongly encourage to actively communicate via email. Email is the primary method of communication with vendors.

Insurance Information

Once approved to be in the market, all vendors must provide proof of liability insurance prior to vending at the market in the form of a "Certificate of Insurance" listing the following as "additional insured": Food Works Winter Farmers Market, 1237 E Main St, Carbondale, IL 62901 Food Works, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, is the managing body for the market. This document may be sent to the market manager via the same address or emailed directly from your insurance provider to [email protected]. The Policy minimum is $300,000.

We will be doing weekly promotions of the market and would like to include updates from vendors and pictures of products that will become available. Please feel free to continue to provide information and pictures during the market season.
